At Arshivas, we strive to provide high-quality luxury fashion products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- Due to our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please carefully review size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
- All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at arshivas41@gmail.com with your order details and a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (final sale).
- Gift cards.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
