Arshivas Return & Refund Policy

At Arshivas, we strive to provide high-quality luxury fashion products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • Due to our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please carefully review size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at arshivas41@gmail.com with your order details and a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).
  • Gift cards.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
